MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to glorify God and bless mankind by fostering a vibrant community of young adults who are passionate about their faith and committed to living out the teachings of Christ. We strive to create an environment where young adults can grow spiritually, support one another, and positively impact the world. Through worship, fellowship, and service, we aim to reflect God’s love and grace, encouraging each other to live purposefully and honourably in all aspects of life.
ACTIVITIES
Join our dynamic Young Adults Ministry, where we offer a variety of engaging activities designed to help you grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and have fun! Our weekly sessions cover a range of relevant and thought-provoking topics to help us live a life glorifying God in speech, conduct, love, faith and purity.
In addition to our enriching discussions, we host exciting social events like braais, movie nights, and game nights, providing the perfect opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy fellowship with fellow young adults. Whether you want to deepen your understanding of God’s word, develop life skills, or simply make new friends, our ministry offers something for everyone.

TESTIMONY
I have truly appreciated being part of the young adults’ ministry. After returning from university and finding that many of my old friends had left the country for school and work, I found a new community within this ministry. It has been wonderful to connect with peers who are also early in their careers and to navigate this transition together. I particularly enjoy our game nights, where everyone’s competitive spirit comes to life. The weekly sessions have been incredibly enriching, bringing various individuals from the church to share their perspectives and encouragement on living a life that glorifies God and maintaining integrity in the workplace. These sessions have inspired me to dig deeper into the Word and to seek and obey God’s guidance daily. It has been encouraging to witness other young adults taking steps to be baptized, sharing their faith, and inviting others to build a relationship with God. The young adults at Northside are eager to learn and have hearts that yearn to live purposeful lives in alignment with God’s desires.
The Young Adults group is a place where I get to learn about God and at the same relate with people my age and also make good friends. (Anele)

How To Get Involved
The Young Adults Small Group gathers during the school term every Friday evening from 5:30–7:30 PM at Northside Community Church. Whether you’re exploring faith, seeking community, or simply curious, you are welcome to join us. If you would like to journey more deeply with the group—through leadership, service, or financial support —please reach out to the Youth Office. We would love to hear from you and help you find your place.
We also invite you to keep our young adults in prayer as they grow in faith, friendship, and purpose.
PASTOR/DEACON COMMENT
We praise God for our vibrant youth. Our Young Adults members and leaders are a very active and committed group. All the topics discussed always have a significant impact to encourage, motivate and inspire each one of them and myself when I get the privilege to join them. We pray for God to keep blessing our young people to have the energy and desire to grow in His Word so they grow in faith and wisdom. Rom. 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His, pleasing and perfect will.
