The Trellis Ministry serves as the vital support arm of Northside Community Church, faithfully stewarding the administrative and operational backbone that enables all other ministries to thrive. Just as a trellis supports and elevates the growth of a vine, this ministry provides the structure, systems, and care that uphold the church’s mission and spiritual vitality.

Though often behind the scenes, Trellis is deeply spiritual in nature—rooted in the belief that excellence in administration is an act of worship and a reflection of God’s order, provision, and faithfulness. By managing the church’s resources with integrity and vision, Trellis creates space for ministry to flourish and for people to encounter Christ in every area of church life.

Areas of Oversight

• Financial Stewardship: Oversees budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and reporting to ensure faithful and transparent use of the church’s resources. Supports generosity and sustainability across all ministries. The team helps disciple the church to be better stewards of the resources God has given them.

• Human Resources: Manages staff recruitment, development, and care, nurturing a healthy, Christ-centred work culture that empowers each team member to serve with purpose and joy.

• Physical Assets: Maintains and oversees all church properties, buildings, vehicles, and equipment. Ensures that our physical spaces are safe, welcoming, and aligned with our mission.

• Information Technology: Provides and maintains the digital infrastructure that powers our online ministries, communications, and interconnectedness as a church family. Supports livestreams, digital discipleship, and secure data systems.
