MISSION STATEMENT

This ministry reaches the Shona-speaking community with a deep understanding of the scripture and encourages living in the Spirit.

ACTIVITIES

The ministry thrives as a vibrant spiritual community rooted in fellowship, worship, and growth. Each gathering is infused with the rich melodies of Shona hymns and songs, which uplift hearts and connect generations through language, rhythm, and praise. Bible study sessions and interactive Bible quizzes encourage deeper reflection and open dialogue around Scripture, helping members grow in faith and understanding.

Seasonal highlights like Christmas Parties foster celebration and community, while All-night Prayers provide sacred space for intercession, worship, and spiritual renewal. Together, these activities nurture a vibrant, prayerful community rooted in God’s Word and love.

Testimonies

I want to share how Northside Church has transformed my life during one of the most challenging times I’ve faced. After losing my husband, I found myself in a place of deep sorrow and uncertainty. However, the support I received from the Sundays@12 community was truly remarkable. They not only attended my husband’s funeral, but they also continued to stand by me in the days that followed.

Their unwavering support has been a source of comfort and strength. I’ve found joy in attending services and listening to the Word. The practical advice and encouragement I’ve received have empowered me to take better care of myself and my family. Through this journey, I’ve learned to pray, read Scripture, and apply its teachings in my daily life.

Northside Church has not only helped me heal, but it has also helped me discover a renewed purpose and connection to my faith. I am grateful for this community that has embraced me and provided the support I needed to move forward.

I started coming to this study a long time ago. It was a service then study but the people are loving, caring and supportive. May God bless you. I now understand God’s word and how to apply it to my daily life.
